CSB LA Pop-Up Social Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By entering the CSB LA Pop-Up Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by CSB, hereafter referred to as the “Sponsor”.

2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Entrants must be able to attend the event in Los Angeles, California, on July 16, 2025. Employees of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins when posted on the Sponsor’s Instagram account on 8th July 2025 and ends on July 9, 2025, at 6:30 PM PT (“Giveaway Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter:

• Follow @CSB on Instagram.
  
  

• You must be following @CSB at the time of winner selection.
  
  

• You must like the post. 
  
  

• Comment on the post explaining why you would love to attend the CSB Pop-Up in Los Angeles.
  
  

All steps must be completed during the Giveaway Period to be eligible. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

The winners will receive early-access entry to the exclusive CSB LA Pop-Up Event prior to its opening to the public on July 16, 2025, in Los Angeles, California.

Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the winners.

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion based on the creativity and relevance of their comment.

Winners will be announced on July 9, 2025, at or after 6:30 PM PT and will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, or is otherwise ineligible, another winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

• By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and any affiliated partners from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
  
  

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud or technical failures impact the integrity of the Giveaway.
  
  

• Entrants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  
  

8. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from all responsibility.

9. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and inviting winners to the CSB Pop-Up Event.
