Where is the CSB Pop-Up located?

Our LA Pop-Up Shop is located at 8425 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, California.

What are the trading hours?

We will be trading from Thursday 17th of July to Sunday 27th of July 10am-6pm PDT daily.

What payment methods will be available?

Shop with confidence with EFTPOS or a CSB gift card. We are unable to accept cash at the store so please ensure to bring your EFTPOS or credit card, or use your Apple or Google pay at the counter.

Can I use my CSB rewards at the Pop-Up?

CSB Rewards members can redeem points for exclusive discounts. We recommend signing up here (link) to access your unique barcode, ready to scan when you get to the counter and easily match your purchase with your name and email address to redeem and earn CSB points.

Can I try on items in-store?

Yes, we will have fitting rooms available for you to use.

Will there be parking available?

There is parking available on and around Melrose Avenue, but it can be challenging to find, during peak hours. There are both metered and non-metered parking options, including street parking and nearby parking lots and garages.

What is the returns policy? 

Customers who make a purchase at the CSB LA Pop-Up have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for store credit, exchange, or refund.

• Store Credit or Exchange: Return shipping is free when opting for store credit or an exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided.

• Refund: Customers requesting a refund through our online returns portal will incur a $10 return fee. A prepaid return label will be provided.

• In-Store Returns: All returns made in person at the CSB LA Pop-Up are free, regardless of whether you're requesting a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note, this is for CSB LA Pop-Up purchases only.

How long is the wait time?

Wait times can vary depending on the day and time, so it's hard to give an exact estimate. For the best experience, we recommend visiting during the week, when it tends to be less busy.
