CSB in LA: Returns PolicyUpdated 10 hours ago
Customers who make a purchase at the CSB LA Pop-Up have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for store credit, exchange, or refund.
Store Credit or Exchange: Return shipping is free when opting for store credit or an exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided.
Refund: Customers requesting a refund through our online returns portal will incur a $10 return fee. A prepaid return label will be provided.
In-Store Returns: All returns made in person at the CSB LA Pop-Up are free, regardless of whether you're requesting a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note, this is for CSB LA Pop-Up purchases only.
Return Requirements
Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and no signs of obvious wear. In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:
Must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached
Must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder
Must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
Please note; Returns that do not meet the above requirements will be sent back to you and fees will be recovered. We cannot accept the return of sale items over 40% as well as underwear, socks and drinkware.
