You can check the status of your return through the return portal used to book your original return. Simply provide your order number and email address for the return you're following up on, and you'll receive a status update.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your return outcome to be processed once your return is in transit.

If you've merged returns into one parcel, please be aware that this may cause delays. If you've already sent more than one return in the same parcel, please contact us at [email protected] with the tracking number for your return orders as soon as possible.
