I have accidentally sent a non-CSB item back, what happens now?Updated 9 days ago
Due to the large volume of returns at our warehouse, we will do our best to locate your return; however, we cannot provide a specific timeframe for this.
In the meantime, we kindly ask that you email our team with the following details to help expedite the process:
- Confirm the item and the brand it comes from
- Provide the packaging it was sent in
- Share the tracking number for the parcel
Once we have located the return, we will need you to provide a prepaid label to have the item returned to you. After that, we will send you a new label to safely return your CSB items to our warehouse.
