I think the courier has lost my order, what should I do?Updated 9 days ago
We understand how frustrating it can be when a parcel goes missing, and we’re here to assist you! Please follow these steps to help us resolve the situation:
If your order hasn’t received any tracking updates within 7 business days, please reach out to the courier or AusPost directly to open an inquiry. They will provide you with an inquiry/case number.
The courier should offer an update on your parcel within 2-5 business days. If the parcel is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, please allow a little extra time for delivery.
If your parcel is declared as lost in transit, please email our team at [email protected] with a screenshot of the email from the Courier/Australia Post confirming the parcel as Lost in Transit.
Please note that while we cannot offer refunds on missing parcels, CSB will work with you to provide a suitable solution.
