My parcel was returned to sender, what should I do?Updated 9 days ago
If your parcel has been returned to sender, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The parcel was not collected from the post office
- The courier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided
- The parcel was refused by the recipient
Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, our team will be able to resend it to you. If you notice that your order is being returned, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Be sure to provide your correct shipping address, and we will take care of the rest.
Please note, some carriers may experience delays in returning parcels to us, so it may take additional time for your order to be processed and resent. If the return was due to an incorrect address, we may ask for you to cover the cost of reshipping the order.
