If you're located in Australia, please lodge a customer inquiry directly with Australia Post using your tracking link. If they are unable to locate your parcel, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
For International Deliveries
If you’re located outside Australia and your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, please check your inbox for any updates. It’s possible your order is on hold due to unpaid customs duties. If there are no such issues, please contact our customer service team to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
