What should I do if I’ve entered the wrong shipping address?Updated 4 days ago

If you've made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Our team will make every effort to update the address before the parcel is shipped.

However, please be aware that due to a high volume of inquiries, we cannot guarantee that the update will be processed in time.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact the courier directly to update the address or arrange collection from the incorrect address. CSB is not liable for any misdelivered or lost parcels.
