One-Time Exchange Policy (within 30 days of delivery)

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

• Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.
• Free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, washing powder, makeup, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.
• Not marked as final sale.
• Not underwear, towels, socks, or drinkware.
• Not an already exchanged item (store credit applies for returns of exchange items).

Steps to Exchange for a Different Size:

1. Start Return Process:

   • Australia/New Zealand/Asia Pacific/Israel: Start return
   • Canada/Europe/Rest of World: Start return

2. Select Items:

   • Choose the items you are returning and provide the reason.

3. Choose Outcome:

   • Select "Exchange for Another Size."

4. Submit:

   • Submit the form and receive a free return label (available for selected locations).

Important Notes:

• Exchange stock cannot be held so we recommend sending your return off as soon as possible.
