How do Afterpay/Paypal pay in 4 refunds work?Updated 9 days ago

Please note: Refunds are only offered for first time customers. 

If you have paid for your CSB purchase via AfterPay/ PayPal pay in 4 or any other payment instalment plan please refer to the below refund process. 

In the case where you have already paid instalments or have even paid in full, resulting in a refund amount that is more than the balance remaining, then your AfterPay/ PayPal account will be credited. 

You can then log into your payment instalment account/app and request for the funds to be credited to your nominated bank account. 

If your refund amount is less than the amount you have left to pay, your refund will be split equally across the remaining instalments so the amount for the remaining instalments will be adjusted.
