How do I return for store credit?Updated 9 days ago

To return your order for store credit, the following requirements must be met:

  • The items must be unworn (tried on only), unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • The items must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder.
  • The items must be free of makeup, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.
  • The items must not be marked as final sale.
  • The items must not include underwear, towels, socks, or drinkware.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, which will be emailed to the original email address used for the order.


Follow these steps to return your order for store credit:

  1. Visit our return portal:

  2. Enter your order number and the email address used for the order. Please contact our team if you are not sure of the order details.

  3. Select the item(s) you're returning and the reason for the return. Once completed, proceed by clicking "Next."

  4. Choose the outcome: "EXCHANGE FOR OTHER RETURN OPTIONS."

  5. Click "RETURN FOR $XX DIRECTLY," then select "RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT."

  6. You will receive a free return label. Once your return parcel is scanned in transit, your store credit will be emailed to you. Be sure to check your junk mail folder for the email.
