How do I return items if I’m located in the US, UK or Europe?Updated 9 days ago
International customers can return items through our returns portal here: Return Portal.
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- You’ll then have the option to choose a one-time exchange or store credit. If you'd like to change to a different style or colour, you can use the SHOP NOW feature with additional credit. Refunds are available for first-time customers only, and return fees apply.
For exchanges and store credit, a free return label will be provided. If you do not receive a label, it may not be available for your region—please see the link for more details.
Once your return is scanned by the courier, your exchange or store credit will be processed. Be sure to check your junk mail for store credit notifications.
