Why is my item not eligible for a return?Updated 9 days ago

Your item may not be eligible for return for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Final Sale: Your item is marked down 40% or more and is a final sale.
  • Hygiene products: CSB Socks, Towel, Underwear, Keepcup, or Waterbottle – these items cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons.
  • Condition: Your item has been worn and/or washed, is in bad condition, is unsalable, or does not meet our return conditions.
  • Timeframe: Your order was delivered more than 30 days ago.
  • Incorrect return details: You are using the incorrect portal, order number, or email address.
